Driver of tractor 109 pulling a burris trailer #359 near Dover at 9:42 pm 6/13/2016 ran me off the road after tailing me with high beams on and I was doing almost 20 over
Probably the most inappropriate human being I have ever dealt with. AVOID.
While driving on 476 going northbound from Philadelphia to Allentown we encountered a truck pulling A Chiquita Banana trailer flashing his high beams, laying on his horn, and trying to run us off the road in a construction zone. He was also passing in the no passing zones (due to the construction) and weaving in and out of traffic.
